Creek County Bar Association Member Information Update

The Creek County Bar Association will be updating its member rolls for 2009 over the next few weeks in order to ensure all members receive notice of our events and to provide the Creek County Sheriff's Office with the names of those attorneys eligible to bond inmates out of the Creek County Jail. Membership dues for 2009 are due and payable to Creek County Bar Association Treasurer, Mike Loeffler. Members will likely receive a statement in the mail, but if you do not receive a statement, please contact Mike at (918) 367-6665 or via email at mike.loeffler1@gmail.com. Dues for 2009 are $25.00, and we encourage our members to contribute an additional $5.00 for our educational fund to support our local schools, making the total obligation $30.00 for 2009. We will send an updated member list to the Creek County Jail on February 1, 2009. Please remit payment for member dues before this date to make certain you are included in the updated list!

The Creek County Sheriff has also volunteered to assign Creek County Bar Members security access passes to be able to enter the rear door of the Creek County Courthouse in Sapulpa. The cost for the access pass is $30.00. Please be advised that these access passes are for ATTORNEYS ONLY. For security purposes, no member is permitted to bring a client or any other individual through this door. Failure to abide by this policy will result in permanent revocation of a member's access pass without refund. Accordingly, if you are interested in having a courthouse access pass, please include your fee with your membership dues with a letter requesting the issuance of a courthouse access pass. Please make checks payable to the Creek County Bar Association. For your convenience, you may write one check for these costs.

You may receive a telephone call from a representative of the Creek County Bar Association over the next week asking you to update your contact information. We need the following information: Name, Address, Work Telephone, Work Facsimile, E-Mail Address, and Mobile Telephone (for members who wish to receive text reminders about monthly events). Please e-mail Lauren Lester Allison at laurenatlaw@allegiance.tv to update your information via e-mail. This will save us a few phone calls! Your information will not be disseminated but be used strictly to provide notice of future Creek County Bar Association events!

We look forward to a wonderful year for the Creek County Bar Association!
