Congratulations to Creek County Bar Association Vice President Jennifer Ward and her mother, Connie Filbeck, for winning the Creek County Bar Association Chili Cook-Off for best traditional chili and best non-traditional chili (Jennifer's Japanese Chili). Their recipes will represent the Creek County Bar Association at the University of Tulsa College of Law Chilifest Cook-Off on Friday, April 4, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Reynolds Center at the University of Tulsa.
